Our talented chefs have crafted a menu that honors Mexican flavors and ingredients while drawing inspiration from Berkshire ingredients and Mexican technique. Each dish embodies the essence of Mexico's vibrant culture with a fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors. Max Murphy, sommelier and owner of Tozi Imports will be on hand to answer any questions and tell the stories of his wines. Max will pair our four-course menu with handpicked Mexican wines, intensifying the flavors of each dish and unveiling the complex relationship between food and drink.
